The music industry is a wonderful, exciting and fun business to be a part of. But as shows get bigger, days get longer, and expectations get higher it is our health that starts to suffer.
Stress can creep up on you - it’s often masked as adrenaline.
In this business it can be hard to look after your wellbeing. Far from home, in foreign lands, often relying on catering, or grabbing what you can when you can.
Fitting in movement and much needed time for yourself is a daily challenge.
And the work itself can be so tiring it can leave you feeling depleted.
I know all of this first hand because it is my real life experience.
I’m really passionate about this way of life no longer being the “norm” in our industry. I strongly feel that there are tools that we can use every day to help us make healthy choices, that will ultimately lead to us working better, feeling better and not falling victim to burnout and exhaustion.

I'm more than happy to book in an initial free consultation, whether it is for yourself or a client that you represent.
Lasting around 15-minutes over the phone, it is a chance for me to learn about you and run through a health history. I'll ask about your lifestyle, habits and find out what your short and long term goals are.
If you are keen to come on board as a client with me we will continue with a more in-depth consultation at a time that suits you, either in person or via Zoom, depending on your location.
Likely I will start by asking you to keep a food diary and a note of your movement / exercise and other habits in a typical week. I will look at your sleep, your stress levels and your mindset.
I will go into real depth on recommendations and improvements, from nutrition to lifestyle adjustments. Every client is different so every protocol is different, but the sessions aim to give you all the tools you need to improve your wellbeing and feel the best version of you.
Beyond this I offer a wide range of services…
I can work directly with personal chefs and catering teams, designing meal plans and nutritional guidance. Rider assessment and shopping lists.
I can offer guidance on exercise, movement and yoga, and regularly work with personal trainers to develop nutrition plans to support your training goals. I can provide movement plans that don't require huge amounts of equipment or access to gyms.
I can join you or your artist on tour as a full time accountability coach.
My practice is a holistic 360 approach. I don’t believe that wellness comes from just one thing. But I do believe that small changes can produce life changing results.
My programs are sustainable. I don’t believe in quick fixes, or making huge changes that don’t fit into your life long term. I will work with you at every step, constantly reviewing and measuring the positive benefits of these changes.
